Argiri began with a different way of seeing marble.

For three generations, our family has worked with stone in Kishangarh, Rajasthan, a town where marble isn't an industry so much as a way of life. We grew up among its quarries and workshops, the cool of cut stone under our palms, the sound of it being shaped somewhere in the background of every ordinary day. It took us years to realise how extraordinary that ordinary was.

Marble has shaped some of the world's most enduring spaces, yet it is often reserved for the monumental, the temple, the palace, the grand façade. We founded Argiri on a simpler belief: that marble belongs just as naturally in the objects we live with every day. Pieces that become part of our rituals, gather the marks of a life lived around them, and quietly remain long after the moment they were made for.
